WOMEN'S BASKETBALL: Lady Cards' pressure too much for the Timberwolves


The Cardinals tallied a win against Blue Mountain Community College on Saturday, Jan. 18 in Christianson Gymnasium with a final score of 78-43. The Lady Cards forced the Timberwolves into 30 turnovers and had five players score in double-figures.

Sophomore Anna Schrade led the Cards with 19 points; which included perfect shooting (2-2) from behind the arc. Freshman Cheyenne Green scored 14 points for the Cardinals while Halle Eborall, Alex Carlton, and Rilee Mangun put up 10 apiece.

The Cardinals travel to Pasco, Washington on Jan. 20 to face Columbia Basin College; tip-off is scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
