WOMEN'S SOCCER: NIC struggles to a tie


 In a battle between the 2nd and 3rd place teams in the East Region table, NIC tied WWCC 0-0. Walla Walla's direct attack created a few week shots on goal, but the NIC defense, anchored by Kaysha Bailey in goal, kept the Warriors from have any good chances on goal. Along with Bailey the credit for holding off WWCC were the defenders: Tiana Cydell, Cid Bauwens, Emmaleah Allen, Ashley Camacho, and Sofia Schnepf.

The Cardinals remain in second place and will face off with the Region leader CC of Spokane on Wednesday at 1pm on Eisenwinter Field.
