VOLLEYBALL: Cards down Vikings in 3 sets

The Cardinals took on Big Bend Community College in Moses Lake, Wash. on Wednesday, September 26th. NIC, who was coming off from a loss last week to Blue Mountain Community College were eager to get back on the court and get after it. North Idaho started off slow in the first set but were still able to finish strong and win it, 25-21. Then the Cardinals finally settled in and started playing better volleyball and finished off the last two sets 25-15 and 25-15.
“We are always happy to be able to get in and out with a three set win," commented Head Coach Kelsey Stanley. "Big Bend is a very scrappy team and never gives up, we knew we had to put the ball away ourselves and we did a very good job of doing so.”
