MEN'S GOLF: Langham leads NIC to win

The Cardinal Men won the North Idaho NWAC League Match which concluded at Avondale G.C. in Hayden Lake, Idaho. The conditions were once again very cold, wet, and windy, in fact the course in the morning before the tournament was deemed unplayable, however the committee decided to continue the event.  The men battled the conditions and fought to a 17 stroke victory over second place Bellevue College. Sophomore and University of Idaho transfer commit, Sean Langham, won the event individually with a great round of 70 today giving him a two day total of 143. Ben Harvey and Todd Henderson also finished top 10 individually both finishing T9th. "It was great to see Sean get the win this week," head coach Russell Grove said.  "He's put in good work this spring on the course and in the gym and it's great to see it pay off. His round today was impressive with the conditions."

The Cardinals look to continue their win streak at the Skagit Valley League Match on April 29 & 20th at Avalon G.C. in Burlington, WA.
